Who we are and what do we value
MEZE PEOPLE
Two good food enthusiasts, Jörgen and Mikk, hoped to find the same freshness and flavors in Estonia that they have experinced during their travels to the Mediterranean. As they did not manage to find anything nearly as tasteful, they decided to put to use the years of experince they had in restaurants to open the first Meze restaurant in Tallinn.

Combining different tastes was exciting activity for Jörgen when he was small boy. So it was natural that it became his daily paying job over ten years ago. So you have definitely come across his work in some restaurants or in a grocery store that in Estonia serves more than a million customers a week
