Jörgen and Mikk, two enthusiasts of good food, decided to bring these extraordinary flavors to Estonia after experiencing wonderful flavors on their travels. Realizing that it is difficult to find the freshness and sweetness of Middle Eastern cuisine in our cold climate, they opened the first restaurant in Tallinn offering Meze flavors. Their meze dishes are inspired by Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisines, following the original recipes as closely as possible. All ingredients are selected based on quality, which is the heart of the kitchen in the Mediterranean countries as well as in our country. In addition to local experiences in Tallinn and Tartu, their mission focuses on responsible business, using environmentally friendly packaging.
